I can take my dog for long walks across fields and its so easy to push, my toddler is very comfortable in the seat and I am just waiting the arrival of a new born to go in the cocoon. As far as double buggies go, this is light, its perfect swivelling around a coffee shop and great for long walks with dog anywhere!! I went to the store to purchase it and compared it to other pushchairs and it was the smallest, comfiest and convenient double or single buggy. Maintaining the tyres is what I would expect from this pushchair as it is used for bumpy tracks and roads. It's perfect !!! The Navigator is similar to the old P&T's Sport version. Wheels need inner tubes which need replacing often if you use the pram often. The new hand brake is a big improvement. Super pleased with this product. I am using it with 4 month and 2 and a half year old. Littlest one won't be in the lie flat position for long but he is sturdy and will sit at the back very soon. Don't think I would feel the most comfortable using it with a tiny newborn. It has given me a lot more freedom. My eldest can hop in when she is tired and I can now go for lovely long walks in the woods and on the country tracks.
